SKSRT Logo Refinement & Customer Welcome Packet

Spruce Knob Seneca Rocks Telephone, Inc. (SKSRT) needed to enhance their brand identity and improve the onboarding experience for new customers. This project included a logo refinement that maintained the integrity of SKSRT’s original design while offering a high resolution image and a few marks for clarity and versatility.

In addition to the logo work, we designed a comprehensive welcome packet to support and inform new SKSRT customers. The packet includes:
-A personalized Welcome Letter introducing SKSRT and its commitment to customer service.
- Battery Replacement Instructions for customer premises equipment.
- Internet Troubleshooting Tips to help resolve common connection issues.
- A clear breakdown of Internet, Phone, and TV Service Options, enabling customers to explore and upgrade services as needed.
- A branded Door Hanger designed to inform community members that SKSRT’s high-speed internet service is expanding into their area and will soon be available.

This project reinforces SKSRT’s dedication to clear communication, local service, and community growth through accessible, high-quality telecommunications.
